Shipping & returns for product page

For economy and ground shipping options, please allow up to 3-7 business days for processing time, before shipping.
For faster or same-day processing, please choose an expedited shipping option, and place your order before 2pm PST. Orders placed after 2pm PST will go out expedited the following business day.

Returns: For most items, City Threads offers returns for full refund or store credit within 30 days from when the order is received. Customers in the Continental U.S. will be responsible for paying a small cost to return the item.

For sanitary reasons, returns for underwear, swim bottoms, and one-piece swimsuits are accepted only if the items are unworn and the original packaging remains unopened.
